  4. Usame 150 gm Sugar daliye. Aur jo baki he 150 gm use ek pan me dal ke sik le jabtak vo brown colour ka liquid ho jaye. Ab use bhi milk me milade.
  5. Milk gadha ho jaye tab usame Elaichi, jaifal, javantri aur kesar ko khalbatte me pis ke dale.
  6. Milk aur jyada gadha ho jaye aur vo chammach pe na cipake to ab gas ko bandha karein aur vo thanda hone de.
  7. Ab usake gole banake pende jesa shape banake Badam aur Charoli se garnish karein.
