The ingredients needed to make Neer Dosa:
- Take 1 cup rice soaked for minimum 2 hrs
- Prepare 1 cup Fresh coconut
- Prepare as per taste Salt
- Take 2 tbs Jaggery powder
- Take as required Water

Instructions to make Neer Dosa:
- Soak the rice for 2 hrs
- Peel the brown part of coconut and cut it into small pieces
- Now grind the coconut in mixer jar. Take out two spoons of coconut in a bowl.
- Keep the remaining coconut in jar.now add soaked rice and grind it well.
- It should be very creamy and smooth not coarse.
- Take out in a big bowl add water one and half cup and make a flowy batter.
- Add salt and mix well.now pour ladle full of mixture on non-stick tawa and spread quicklyl
- Cover it with lid for 2 min. Cook on medium flame. Remove the lid fold it and your Neer Dosa is ready.
- Now the 2 spoon of coconut that we kept in bowl add 2 tbs jaggery Powder and mix well.
