- Grind soaked red lentil & Schezwan Sauce together in a mixer grinder adding very little water into smooth paste. Add salt,mix well. Mix cheese, chilli flakes, pizza masala & grated garlic in a bowl and keep aside.
- Spread dosa batter on Dosa tava evenly apply butter and sprinkle cheese stuffing all over and cook crispy on medium flame. Roll dosa gently, and transfer in plate.
