Instructions to make Sprouted Moong  Pulao:
  1. Take 1 bowl Steamed Basmati Rice, wash with water, boil it in big size of pot with adding Salt per taste after cooking the rice Rinse in stainer
  2. Take one cooking pan and add 2 spoon butter or Ghee, cloves,cinnamon,black pepper,add jerra and one by one add salad which we cut.
  3. Add onion,garlic cloves,carrot,tomatoes. Green chilli cutting
  4. Atlast add cabbage and capsicum and adding of sprouts Moong
  5. Garnish properly..it’s a High Rich Protein food..I tried this 1st time and I like it very much because we like to eat most healthy and Nutritious food Daily base.
