  1. Get 10-15 bananas(chopped into halves)
  2. Get 3 tomatoes
  3. Get 2 onions
  4. Take 3 carrots
  5. Take garlic
  6. Prepare 1 kg meat
  7. Take salt
  8. Make ready dhania
  9. Take 1/4 tsp pepper (she loves pepper)
  10. Take Green hoho

  4. Stir and cover
  5. Cook for a few min until the tomatoes and hoho are soft (keep checking to avoid burning)
  6. Add water…. Just enough to cover the matoke
  7. Cook for 20-25 min until the bananas are tender but not mushy please.. Let the sauce be thick a little
  8. Now you can do a taste test and adjust your seasoning (salt or pepper) if necessary
  9. Final step,take your dhania and stir into ready matoke
  10. Wait for 5 min or less for dhania to 'sink'.. Matoke to have a flavor
  11. Serve when hot!
