- Wash, peel and chop the potatoes, Parsnips and Broccoli. Drop into a bowl of cold water.(stops the potatoes going brown and removes excess starch)
- Peel and chop the Onions, drop into a saucepan with the oil to start browning. Meanwhile cut the Pork Chops up into small chunks. Add to the Onions to brown off.
- Drain the Potatoes, Parsnips, Broccoli, add to a oven- proof dish, add Stock, Onions and Pork mix.Add dried Coriander and Black Pepper. Stir well and place in a medium hot Oven for about 40-50 minutes.
