- Make ready 4 dash olive oil
- Prepare 4 dash soy sauce
- Take 1 dash lemon juice
- Take 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- Prepare 200 grams cooked chicken pieces
- Get 2 clove garlic crushed

- preheat wok on high temp with oil. fry crushed garlic cloves until browned then remove.
- add stirfry veg, beansprouts and mushrooms, stir fry for approx 2 mins
- add rice noodles and soy sauce then stirfry for another 2 mins
- add chicken and lemon juice , give it another toss and your done !
- Also especially delicious with steamed cod and tuna , very versitile goes with any meat of choice
