  1. Sab se oil gram kar ke piaz ko brown kryn gy jab wo golden btown hojygi tw us me ginger garlic paste add kryn aur 1 minute fry karyn gy low flame par.
  2. Phr chicken add kryn gy aur 2 se 3 minutes tak usy bhi pakyn gy jab tak chicken ka color thora sa change na hojaye.
  3. Jab chicken ka color change hojaye ga tw sari spices add kar dyn aur mix krlyn achy se. thora thora sa pani dal ke bhony gy.
  4. After 5 minutes us mein tomato dal dyn gy aur mix krlyn gy yad rahy masaly ko achy tareky se bhona boht zarori hy is se taste bht acha ata hy low flame par hi bhonna hai.
  5. Sath hi green chilli bhi add krdyn.
  6. Ab tindy peel off kar ke achy se wash krlyn. Aur unhyn bech se half krlyn aur bhonnty huye masaly mein add krdyn.
  7. Achi tarhan se masaly mein mix kryn aur phr pani add kryn gy aur boil any tak flame high hi rkhyn gy. Ap agr chahy tw tindy pehly se boil kar ke bhi dal sakty hy. Lekn sath pakaney se taste boht mazy ka ata hai.
  8. Jab boil ajaye ga tw flame medium kar ke dhak dyn gy aur pakny ke liye chor dyn jab tak tindy soft na hojayn.
  9. Ab tindy achy se gal jayn gy to flame medium se low krdyn gy ta ke oil uper ajye. dhania aur hari mirchyn dalen gy last mein.
  10. Garam masala dal ke mix kryn aur chappati ke serve kryn.
