  2. Peel the potato and cut into small dices. Heat the ghee in a pan and add the jeera. Allow the jeera to splutter and add the green chilies.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cover and cook for 5 minutes till the tomatoes are cooked. Add the drained saboodana and salt and toss well till the sabodana turns transparent (almost 4-5 mins.) Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
  4. Saute for10 seconds and add the potatoes fry the potatoes and cook till half done and add the peanuts. Saute till the peanut is also done.
