  3. Give a tadka of curry leaves and cummin seeds
  4. For Pakwan
  5. Knead the flour adding cummin seeds and oil 1 tbsp oil
  6. With required amount of water
  7. Add salt slso
  8. Cover and keep for 10 mts
  9. Roll out Pakwan
  10. Poke it with Fork
  11. And fry Pakwan till crispy
  12. Remove on Tissue paper to remove excess oil
  13. Serve with Dal
