- Then add the diced onions and stir fry till golden brown.
- Then add the tomatoes and continue frying for about two more minutes
- Then add 2 tbsps of curry powder and continue mixing.
- Then add the boiled maize and beans into the cooking sauce. Then add salt and taste (adjust if not enough)
- Cook for 10 minutes and serve with your favorite greens.
