Instructions to make Kheer Motichur Parfait:
- To make kheer in a thick bottom pan pour the milk & bring it to a boil.
- Then add the rice(soaked & cleaned by water) & reduce the milk on a low flame till it thickens up & remains 1/4 of the original quantity.
- Keep stirring, add the sugar & cardamom powder & mix well.
- When the desire quantity reaches & rice soften, switch off the flame & let it cool.
- For assemble- Prepare the base: Crush the biscuits to a fine powder.Put the powdered biscuits in a mixing bowl add room temperature butter & mix it well.
- Take short glasses & press the mixture over in the shot glasses.
- Crush a motichur Ladoo & press it tightly with a spoon.
- Pour a layer of kheer on it & tap it once so that it's all settled.
- Top it with a Ladoo.
- Garnish it with saffron, cashew & cherry.
