  2. When the milk reduced half add desiccated coconut and bread crumbs.mix well.and cook for another 5 minutes.now add sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes when it becomes thick.rabdi is ready.then turn off the flame.and let it cool completely.
  3. Time to assemble it.so take short glasses or cups. Crumble the ladoos and make a layer of motichoor in shot glasses.press lightly with spoon.pour rabdi on it.sprinkle some chopped almonds and pistachios.then again make a layer of motichoor.garnish with almonds and pistachios. put in refrigerator for 2-3 hours then serve cool.
