- Wash and pat dry bhindi/ on kitchen towel. Discard both ends from ladyfingers. Slit into long. 4 pieces as shown.
- In mixing bowl add slit ladyfingers, add besan and corn flour, all spices, salt,mix well. Pour 2 tbsp oil on it. Mix well.
- Preheat Airfryer for 5 mins at 180 temperature. Place prepared spices mixed Bhindi in Airfryer mesh basket. Airfry for 10-15 mins at 180 in between stirring till crispy golden.
