  1. Take ladyfinger wash dry and pat it on dry cloth.Then take onion and tomato chop it nicely Then take wok put oil put ginger garlic paste, saute it then put chopped onion saute it till it becomes soft then put chopped tomatoes, saute it nicely.
  2. Then add the ladyfinger, salt and let it cook for some time then put dry spices like red chilli, coriander and turmeric powder and saute nicely and do put the lid on the vessel and let it cook for at least 20min, but keep stirring otherwise it will burn.
  3. When it is done add coriander leaves and squeeze lemon juice on top of it.(this is all optional it depends if you like)
