- Take oil in a wok, heat it, add bhindi, fry it till light brown do not overcook it, keep aside.

- Add tomato Kaju puree and salt, stir fry it for a while.
- Now, add garam masala and dahi,mix well.
- Now bhindi stirs in nicely, lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till done, do not stir in between.
- Open the lid now, add ghee, increase the flame just give a gentle stir for a minute.
- Switch off the flame now, take out in a serving dish.
- Serve it with roti or paratha.
