  1. Prepare 200 gm Ladyfinger
  2. Prepare 200 gm Onion
  3. Get 50 gm Ginger
  4. Prepare 50 gm Garlic
  5. Take 1 Green Chilli
  6. Take 2 Red chilli
  7. Get 2 tbsp oil
  8. Get to taste salt
  9. Make ready 1 tsp dhaniya (Coriander)powder
  10. Take 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  11. Take 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
Steps to make Pyazi Bhindi:
  1. Cut all Bhindi in 1inch pieces and cut half onion in to big pieces and half chopped into very small pieces.
  2. Take a pan and put two teaspoon mustard oil in it. After one minute put two red chillies whole chopped garlic and green chilli in it, after that put ginger paste in it.
  3. After one minute of medium flame put chopped onions in it. When it colored brown mix turmeric, dhaniya and kashmiri red chilli powder in it and cook for one minute.
  4. Now put big pieces of onion in it and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. After that mix bhindi in it and cook for ten minutes. Mix salt according to taste.Now your pyazi bhindi is ready.
