  1. Wash and wipe bhindi. Remove the stalks,cut it vertically into 2 pieces and remove the seeds. Collect it in a bowl.
  2. Add corn flour, red chilli powder, turmeric Powder,garammasala and salt. sprinkle few drops of water and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in pan(kadai), when oil is hot enough and ready. add bhindis.
  4. Fry till golden brown.Remove fried bhindi with slotted spoon,straining the extra oil.
  5. Drain in tissue paper.
