- Rinse the Bhindi wipe them with dry cloth or kitchen towel. For Stuffing Masala add coriander powder, garlic cloves, onion, green chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Cumin Powder in grinder jar make a paste. Make a slit in each Bhindi length-wise, cut top and bottom.
- Take Stuff masala Paste in a bowl with Garam Masala, Hing and salt Mix well.Now stuff all Bhindi one by one. Heat a pan with vegetables oil add all stuff Bhindi in a single layer.
- Cook the Bhindi on the Low flame and cover it. After4-5 minutes keep turning Bhindi and again covered for 8-10 minutes for cook then turn off the flame. Add lemon juice and serve with Paratha or Roti
