- First washed and dried Bhendi cut into 1inch pieces. Add salt and red chilli powder. Shallow fry in the pan
- In a Kashmir add oil. When hot add jeera when crackles. Add onion stir it for 2 min
- Now add ginger garlic paste. Add tomato puree and all dry masala. Cook for 2min
- Now add curd cook for 1 min. Add bhendis,kasuri methi and salt to taste. Cook for 2min and it is ready
