The ingredients needed to make Masala bhindi (lady finger):
  1. Make ready 250 g bhindi (wash and clean) cut small pieces
  2. Take 1 onion Chopped
  3. Get 1 + 1 + 5 tomato , green chilli , cashew grind the masala
  4. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Prepare 1 tsp carionder powder
  6. Make ready 1/4 tsp haldi powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
  8. Take To taste Salt
  9. Take 4 tsp Oil

Bhindi Masala - This is a very simple recipe made with bhendi - vendakkai. This okra gravy is a semi-dry preparation and tastes well for roti / chapati. Add bhindi to mix, continue sauté. When bhindi is tender and cooked, remove from stove.

Steps to make Masala bhindi (lady finger):
  1. In a pan put oil and add jeera Hing then add onion and fry for 1 min then add grind masala and fry for 2 minutes then add All dry ingredients and add bhindi and fry cover and cook for 5minutes…..
