  1. Top layer:- take a non stick pan.Heat 1tspn ghee add 1 portion of sebai toss a bit add 3-4 tblspn of milk mix and boil the sebai till soft..Add a pinch of orange food colour.2 tspn of milk powder and 1tblspn of sugar (or according to taste)..Mix well and cook till the sebai is sticky..When it is done.Put the mixture on a foil paper and flatten it into a thin layer in a square shape.
  2. 2nd layer:- heat a non stick pan..add 1 tbspn ghee..add 2-4 tbspn of milk..Mix and then add the powder milk..Mix well add 1tbspn sugar(or according to taste).Add elaichi powder(optional).Cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.Take out the mixture in the layer of sevai made earlier. Flatten it nicely and sprinkle the chopped kaju on it.
  3. 3rd layer:- this layer is as same as the 1st layer.Only change id the food colour.Green food colour is to be added in this layer..Take out the mixture on the other layers prepared ang flatten it as done earlier..The 3 layers are complete
  4. Now with the help if the foil paper roll the layers together to make the swiss roll..
  5. Fold the roll with the foil paper and put it in the fridge for 2-3hrs to set
  6. When done take out cut into pieces and serve.
