Instructions to make Mutton Pulao:
  1. Sub sy pehle yakhni ke liye gosh main 1 tsp salt, 1 onion sabit, lehsan ki ek pothi, adarak ka tukra, teez patta 2, aur pani add kar ke yakhni ready kar lein pani etna add krein ke gosht gal jaye aur 2 glass yakhni reh jaye
  2. Rice ko 30 min ke liye soak kar lein
  3. Aub ek khole patele main ghee garam kar ke onion add krein aur sath hi sare sabit garam masale add kar dein
  4. Onion brown ho jaye tu yakhni main sy gosht nekal kar add krein aur ginger garlic paste add krein aur 5 min take ache sy bhon lein
  5. 5 min bad yuguort add krein aur ek bar phir sy bhon lein sath green chilli dalein aur jafal, jawetri, safeed elachi powder bhi add kar dein
  6. Aub soak rice pani nekal kar add kar dein aur gosht ki yakhni add krein agar zarorat ho tu thora pani add kar sakte hain salt add krein aur pulao ke medium flem par pakne dein
  7. Boil a jaye tu ek bar chala dein aur flem slow kar dein dam par ane lage tu zarde ka rang aur kewra water add kar ke dam laga dein 10 min ke liye
  8. Garam garam serve krein salad aur Taite ke sath
