  2. 2 tbsp oil garam krein aur us main sonf, kali mirch, darcheni, bari elachi, choti elachi dal kar 1 min pakain phir piyaz add kar dein aur piyaz ko soft kar lein khayal rahe piyaz ka colour change na ho phir tomato add krein jab tomato soft ho jaye tu in sub ko nikal kar blend kar ke side par rakh dein
  3. Aub 1/2 cup oil garam krein ginger garlic paste add krein 2 min pakain phir piyaz aur Tomato ka mixture add kar ke 5 min bhone
  4. Tomato & onion ka mixture bhon jaye tu masala laga mutton add krein aur mazeed 5 min bhon lein
  5. Us ke baad dhanya powder, kashmiri lal mirch powder, zera powder, garam masala powder, dal kar thora thora pani dal kar achi tarhan bhon lein oil alag ho jaye tu 2 cup pani dal kar slow flame par gosht galne tak pakain 45 min baad check krein gosht gal jaye ga
  6. Gosht gal jaye tu kasori meethi dal kar 5 min dam laga dein mazedar mutton gravy ready hai
