  1. In a mixing bowl add dahi and beat.. Add sugar and beat.. Add oil and beat till all became a smooth bater
  2. Twice sieve the dry ingredients mix slowly with wet ingredients in cut and fold method
  3. Make sure there is no lumps now grease a cake tin dust some flour.. In the mean time pre heat the oven here I bake the base in a kadhai by taking a kadhai… Add some salt putting a stand on it cover the lid
  4. Pre heat it for 10 mins now pour the mixture into cake tin.. And put carefully inside the kadhai again cover the lid
  5. It will take 20 to 25 min check with a tooth pick… When done remove from the flame and cool it
  6. For tomato jam.. First we clean the tomato And slidely cut the skin… Put it in boiling water… Remove them, after 2 mins… Immediately transfer it to cold water…
  7. Than we remove the skin of tomatoes… And chopped them roughly… Blend them
  8. Now measure the amount of the paste…. If the paste is one bowl.. We use.. 1.5 bowl sugar here
  9. Now in a pan add tomatoe paste and add sugar boil it.. Add lemon juice.. By continuous stirring… Till it became thick… Check by putting some drop in a plate… If they don't flow jam is ready
  10. Now remove the cake base from tin and spread the jam
  11. With the help of a foil paper rolled it carefully.. And keep in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hrs
  12. Than cut into slices…. Enjoy the sweet tangy tomato Swiss roll
