- Jab chicken fry ho rahi ho, piyaz adrak lahsan blender mein paste bnalain.same oil mein paste add krky fry krain
- Piyaz fry ho rahi ho tu zeera dhania sabit lal mirch ko dry roast kar ky grind kar lain ya hawan dasta mein koot lain. Sath hi 2-3 tomato ka paste bna lain.
- Piyaz mein tomato paste grind masala salt add krdain baqi ky tomatoes ko mota mota chop kar ky add krdain aur masala bhoon lain.
- Tomato soft hoty hi fried chicken add krdain.mix krain aur cover krky pkny dain. Chicken already fried hy timatr ky pani mein gal jyegi. Agr need ho tu thora pani bhi add krskty hain
- Chicken ky tender hoty hi kali mirch powder +lemon juice add kr dain. Hari mirchain hara dhania add krdain aur flame off krdain.
