Instructions to make Daleem:
  1. Gehon, joo, dal chana ko 6 hour ke liye bhigo dein baki dal mong, dal mash, dal masor, chawal ke bus 1/2 hour ke liye bhogo dein
  2. Ek bare patele main etna pani dalein ke tamam dalein achi tarhan gal jain pani garam ho jaye tu tez pate, Tarmiric powder add kar ke sara anaj add kar ke slow flame par pakne rakh dein check krte rahein ke dalein neche lage nahi tamam dalein gal jaye tu achi tarhan ghot lein
  3. Ek cup oil garam krein aur onion add kar ke light brown kar lein phir gosht add krein colour change ho jaye tu ginger garlic paste add kar ke bhon lein phir red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, Tarmiric powder add kar ke acha sa bhon lein aur etna pani dalein ke gosht gal ke halwa ho jaye phir yogurt add kar ke bhon lein aur gosht ka resha kar lein
  4. Aub boil dalon main gosht add kar ke khub acha sa ghot lein aur pani garam kar ke apne hisab sy daleem ghara kar lein aur slow flame par 1 hour ke liye mazeed paka lein
  5. Aub daleem par garam masala, jayefal, jawetri dal kar mix krein aur 1 cup oil garam kar ke ek piyaz brown kar ke ye tarka daleem par dal dein mazedar daleem ready hai
