  2. 1 cup besan main 1 tsp soda add krein aur pani dal kar pholkiyun ke liye besan ghol lein na zada patla na zada garha ho aub tawe par oil garam krein aur choti choti pholkiyan ready kar lein aur namak mile pani 5 min ke liye bhigo kar chalni main nikal kar side kar dein
  3. Aub methi chutney ready krein imli ke 1 hour ke liye bhigo dein phir masal ke sare bejj nikal dein aur 1 cup pani add kar us ghara goda alag kar lein aub pen main dalein aur slow flame par rakh dein aur jo masala bhona tha us ka 1 tbsp add krein salt 1 tsp, sugar 10 tbsp add kar ke 15 min ke liye slow flame par pakain jab chutney ghari hone lage tu flem off kar dein aur chutney ko thanda krne rakh dein
  4. Safeed zera 2 tbsp sabot gol mirchein 10 in ko pen par dry rost kar ke pareek pes kar rakh lein
  5. Onion, Tomato, green chilies, hara dhanya in sub ko chopped kar ke side kar lein
  6. 1/2 kg dahi main 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tbsp salt add kar ke mix kar ke fridge main thanda kar lein
  7. Aub ek bari dish lein us main sub sy pehle boil chole dalein phir 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chat masala add kar ke mix krein aub cholon ke oper pholkiyan set kar ke dalein phir dahi dalein us ke baad onion, Tomato, green chilies, hara dhanya garnishing krein papri ko toor or dalein bhona hoa jo masala pesa tha 1 tbsp dalein methi chatti jo banai thi wo add krein mazedar papri chat ready hai 😋😋
