Instructions to make Cassata swiss roll:
  1. Cream sugar and fat followed by eggs and refined flour with a pinch of baking soda
  2. Prepare batter and divide into three parts..to one part add vanilla
  3. To second one add orange crush and to third add pista puree
  4. Line three small and thin baking sheets and add batters into sheets and bake.
  5. Take out cake sheets and on base keep a butter paper onto which add first the pista sheet and spread over chocolate followed by vanilla sheet,again spread over chocolate followed by orange sheet.
  6. Finally roll the three layers together with help of butter paper and wrap and refrigerate for 1 and a half hours
  7. Take out cut into slices,dust with sugar and serve
