- Add oranges marmalade and milk now beat till smooth texture.
- Now add flour and mix gently.
- Add orange food colour and mix.
- Grease the butter paper now sprinkle the chocolate chips and sugar sprinkles.and bake for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the batter in tray and bake it for 30 minutes in 180℃.
- Now remove the butter paper and cut the hard area and edges.
- Now take cream,cream cheese and orange marmalade and beat nicely till fluffy.
- Pour in the cake equally.Add more orange marmalade.
- Roll over the cake with aluminum foil and put in the fridge for 2 hrs,then cut in sizes.
- Enjoy the swiss roll.
