- To the biscuits powder add condensed milk in batches and knead the dough.In another bowl take Dessicated coconut.Add rose sharbat.Mix well.Stuffing mixture is ready.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.Make balls.press them On a rolling board, put one plastic sheet, put one dough ball,press it,put another plastic sheet on it and roll it in a big circle.Remove plastic sheet.Transfer this circle on an Alluminium foil.Spread the coconut mixture on it evenly.Roll it tight.seal both the ends.In this way make another roll.
- Put both biscuit rolls in fridge to set for one hour.After one hour take out the rolls.Remove the foil and cut the roll into 1 cm thick discs.Place the Swiss Rolls in a serving plate
- Ready to serve chilled Rose flavoured Swiss Rolls.
