- Boil whole wheat pasta (will cook in 7-8 mins) and strain.
- For pesto chutney (paste) add 10-12 spinach leaves, 2-3 garlic cloves, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, handful of peanuts, 1 tsp oil, in a jar and blend in a fine paste.
- In a pan add oil and saute onion and mushrooms. Once it is done add veggies (colourful capsicums), saute for 2 mins on a high flame and add blanched broccoli. Add salt and pepper as per you taste and keep aside.
- In the same pan add boiled pasta and pesto chutney(paste) and give a nice mix. Add some seasoning (salt pepper and lemon juice) mix and serve with stir fried veggies.
- And top with white sesame seeds.
