- Boil the noodles and let it cool in cold water. And drain them and make them dry.
- Now coat our noodles with corn flour and deep fry them.
- In a bowl put these fried noodles and crush these crispy noodles.
- Now add carrots, capsicum and cabbage and mix well.
- Now add sczuan sauce and mix and at the last squeeze half lemon in it.
- Mix well and serve this crispy tasty bhail.
