- Cream double in volume now add 1 tsp essence, whip it again slightly. Keep the mix in frezzer for 2 hours.
- Take out the set crunch and crush it. Now take out the mix from freezer and whip again.
- After whip add some crunch to it mix well, then put in a container. Spread some crunch over it. Close the lid. Keep it in freezer to set for 6 to 7 hours. Now better scotch ice cream is ready.
