Steps to make Vegetable BBQ pasta:
- BBQ sauce:
- In a sauce pan add butter and finely chopped garlic and saute.
- Add half cup of tomato ketchup, onion powder, garlic powder, Mustard powder, chilli powder and red chilli sauce.
- Note: if you don't hav onion powder or garlic powder or mustard powder or red chilli sauce, add half big onion, 4 garlic cloves, 3 teaspoon mustard, 4 dry red chilli and grind it very finely and extract the juice and use it in recipe
- Add 2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 2 tablespoon of vinegar
- Bring it to a boil and add little amount of salt and keep aside
- Green chutney:
- Add one handful of mint and coriander leaves in mixie jar. Add one piece of ginger, 1 green chilli and small strand of tamarind and Grind it well with little amount of water and salt.
- Pasta:
- Boil pasta with salt and olive oil until it finely cooked and blanch broccoli if you want.
- Note: vegetables are required as per your wish. I used onion, mushroom, capsicum and broccoli
- Add oil in the pan and add finely chopped green chilli and ginger. Add the vegetables as per your choice and saute well
- Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder and saute well with the vegetables
- Add green chutney and BBQ sauce at this stage. You can also use BBQ sauce bought in stores.
- Add pasta into the preparing sauce and cook it until the pasta and the sauce thickens very well and serve the dish
