Instructions to make Semolina Uttapam:
- Put semolina,curd,salt and some water in a mixing bowl.
- Keep aside this batter for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes add eno and mix well.
- Heat oil on non stick tawa pour some batter and make uttapam - Shallow fry from both sides.
