  1. In bowl take semolina add curd,salt mix it add little bit water make a soft dough,rest for 15- 30 minutes
  2. In another bowl take potatoes, mash it add dry masala and chopped onion, ginger paste, green chili,salt,peas.green coriander, if you want fry potatoes masala in little bit oil.
  3. Now make small balls of the potato masala.stuffing is ready now make outer layer.
  4. Now take semolina mixer, take small part of the dough make round disk fill stuffing and seal it,all balls prepared like that
  5. Now steam all ball for 15-20 minutes. In a nonstick kadhai add 2 tbs oil add mustard seed,crackle that add coconut powder, chilli flax salt,now pour all semolina balls, mix slowly, add little bit chaat masala serve with tomato sauce.
