Put a spoonful of stuffing in the center of the poori. Press it gently. Take out the dough from the sides of the mould. Repeat with other balls and stuffing. Cover it so that the gujiya will not dry.
- Heat oil and ghee in Kadhai. Deep fry gujiyas till it become light brown in colour both the sides.
- Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve.
