- Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in pan and add cumin seeds.let them splutter.
- Then add chopped onions and saute them.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and fry it lightly golder in colour.
- Add red chilli and turmeric powder and fry it for a minute
- Now add cauliflower and boiled green peas. Then add salt as per taste and also add chopped tomatoes in it
- Covet the pan and cook it until it is done
- Last, add Coriander leaves and sprinkle some garam masala and mix well.
- Serve hot!
