- In the frying pan add 1 tablespoon of olive oil on low to medium heat and cook rounded tablespoons of the cauliflower in batches until crisp and golden brown.
- Remove fritters from pan and place on a paper towel. Repeat with the remaining batter and add more oil if needed.
- Serve with Salsa sauce.
