- Wash the Red lentil. Take a pan in the gas, add the lentil, 3 cups water, salt, turmeric powder & chopped onion & let the lentil boil for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes,add the diced gourd & boil for another 10 minutes. Take this mixture off from the gas once gourd is boiled completely.
- Take another pan in the gas, add chopped garlic in it, when the garlic has turned brown, add the five blisters powder & stir for 2 minutes.
- Now add this seasoning in the Lentil mixture & again place the Lentil mixture in gas, after one, add green chillies & coriander & take it off from the gas. Your Lauki Daal is ready to serve with plain rice or roti.
