- Grind soaked (soak for 4 hours) red lentil, curd & salt in a mixer grinder into smooth puree, add suji,Schezwan sauce, carrot and keep aside to rest.
- Heat water in a big kadai. Place greased plate in a round baseless mould. Now add oil,baking soda & baking powder and mix well and pour batter in greased plate cover with lid and steam for 10-mins. On high flame.
- Mix well boiled & smashed potato, cheese spread and pizza masala. Spread on unmoulded carved Dhokla logo and garnish with roasted in oil mustard.
- Fill the remaining potato mixture in piping bag with star nozzle. Decorate with stars and edible ❤ beads and serve YUMMY red lentil Schezwan Dhokla in a plate.
