- Prepare 2 Tbsp Corn Flour
- Make ready 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- Take 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions to make Chicken Spaghetti:
- Take a pot and add 2 litre of Water and bring it to a boil. Add Salt and Oil in it. Mix it and add Spaghetti in it. Boil the Spaghetti for 10 minutes.
- Drain the Spaghetti after 10 Minutes. (Add more Oil to Spaghetti so they don't stick).
- To Marinate the Chicken add Salt, Black Pepper, Button Red Chilli, Cumin, Soy Sauce, and Vinegar in the Chicken and Mix it. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a pan add Oil and Garlic. Let the garlic turn brown. (It will take 2 Minutes). Add the Marinated Chicken. Cook the Chicken for 2 minutes while mixing.
- Add 4 tbsp of Water in the Chicken. Cook for 5 minutes. (Do not mix). Put the lid of the pan.
- Add Some Water in the Corn Flour and Mix it.
- Add the Corn Flour mixture in the Chicken. Mix immediately.
- Add Ketchup. Mix and Cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes add Capsicum, Onion, Carrot, Mix it and add Oregano.
- Now add your Boiled Spaghetti. Mix well (Don't Overmix).
- Serve it in a Serving plate.
