  2. Add all the sauce ingredients to a mixing bowl and set aside
  3. Heat the pan over a medium heat then add the oil to grease the bottom. Next add the chopped jalapenos and ginger cook for a few moments stirring continuously.
  4. Add Garlic and beef strips cook until the beef browns about 5 minutes stirring often
  5. Stir the sauce and pour into the pan with beef stir until all is covered with the sticky sauce. Let simmer for a minute until thickened
  6. Remove the pan from the heat stir in the scallions and serve over Rice.
  7. Serve over boiled Rice.
