  3. We started with the matoke. Heat the sufuria and add oil when it's hot enough add the onions, ginger-garlic mix and stir till golden brown. Add onions to make the puree.
  4. Add the bananas and potatoes mix then the salt to taste and tumeric for color. Add water, cover and let it simmer till ready to serve under medium heat.
  5. For our beef stew. We boiled the beef to soften. Let the water dry out, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and onions. Stir till golden brown then add the tomatoes and salt and cover for a few minutes.
  6. It's ready to go if you want a wet fry. Some like it with the soup so added a considerable amount of water and let it simmer. When the soup is thick enough, serve when hot and enjoy under the beautiful blessed sunset. #dinner_is_ready
