  3. Add bell pepper and onion with a pinch of salt. Saute on high 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
  4. Add steak. Season. Sear one side then turn over. Sprinkle peppers and onions atop. Cook 1 minute.
  5. Add garlic. Stir. Cook 30 seconds or until garlic is fragrant.
  6. Add salsa. Toss. Cook 30 seconds.
