Steps to make Matoke (Vegetables incorporated):
- Clean and do all the preparation of the ingredients
- In a sufuria with the cooking oil fry the red onions till almost golden brown, add ginger and garlic paste fry a little bit and then add spring onions and fry for about 30 secs
- Add tomatoes fry till it forms the paste
- Add the salt, chilli, and then bananas and potatoes, let the fry a little as you stir them to mix with the paste. Then add water and cover them to boil for about 10minutes (until they are ready)
- Still cooking, Add carrots and mix then after like a minute add French beans and still mix let it cook for about a minute
- Then finally add the coriander mix well and switch of the source of heat and it's ready to serve
