  1. Peel the bananas and set aside
  2. Put the beef in a sufuria and add 1 cup of water then place over heat and cover, let it boil for 30 minutes till it is tender
  3. Drain the remaining soup and put aside, preserve the soup for later use, add cooking oil to the meat and stir to mix well, add onions and fry for 3minutes,add tomatoes and carrots, stir to mix then cover to simmer until the tomatoes have soften
  4. Add the bananas to the beef and stir, add the preserved soup, if not enough add some water with salt and capsicum, cover and let it simmer for 15minutes or until bananas becomes soft, add dhania and remove from heat
  5. Serve
