Instructions to make Just a cake:
  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, milk, oil and beaten eggs together until you get a uniform mixture. Allow air to get on the bottom and mix a lot.
  3. Add in the mixture the zest, vanilla and chocolate flakes and mix again.
  4. Butter the tin well enough.
  5. Pour the mixture slowly and gently to allow it to settle nicely and with no air in the tin. Fill in 2/3 of the tin.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes at the lower third of the oven at 180 degrees and then in the middle of the oven for another 5-10 minutes to get the outer crust golden and crunchy.
