- Cut the Cottage cheese in cubes. Keep aside.
- Take a heavy bottom pan.. Heat oil.. Temper the bay leaf.
- Add garlic paste.. Saute for two minutes, Now add onion paste.. Cook for two minutes.. Now add ginger paste., tomato puree.. Cook for five-minute.. Stir continuously..
- Now add all dry spices except garam masala. Stir continuously.
- Now spices start to release oil.. Now pour milk gradually.
- Mix well.. Add cheese cubes. Let it boil.. Don't make much thick or runny gravy. Take out.
- Sprinkle garam masala.. Then pour the cream n garnish with cilantro.. Cover the lid.
- After five minutes open the lid.. Enjoy with pita bread or Indian flat bread or Jeera rice.
